Target Audience:

Method of Instruction:

Attendees will gain through the use of a power point presentation, instructional tutorials and self help exercises in a workshop environment an understanding of their electricity consumption, learn to identify opportunities to save electricity costs and cost benefit of making those changes.

A One Day course repeated at 3 locations in Ontario which will focus on electricity cost control education for Ontario farmers. These workshops will provide farmers with practical, direct, helpful cost control guidance in dealing with higher electricity cost caused by the \time of use\" metering. Education on self assessing and developing an action plan to reduce electricity costs while increasing profitability to help reach their farm business goals."
